Shipping Policy

Dailyfab, operated by DAILYNEST SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, delivers across India through trusted courier partners. This policy explains our dispatch timelines, delivery times and shipping charges.

1. Where we deliver

We ship to most pin codes across India. You can check whether your pin code is serviceable at checkout. We currently do not ship outside India.

2. Dispatch time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery time

• Metro cities: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 4–7 working days after dispatch.
• Remote areas and the North-East: up to 10 working days after dispatch.

These are estimates. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to weather, local restrictions, festivals or courier delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping charges

• Shipping is free on all prepaid orders.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, where available, a COD fee may apply and is clearly shown at checkout before you place the order.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS. You can also view your order status in My account.

6. Delivery attempts and address

Please make sure your address, pin code and mobile number are correct. Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the customer was unavailable, prepaid orders will be refunded after deducting the shipping cost.

7. Damaged or tampered parcels

If the outer packaging looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately at sales@dailyfab.in or +91 84859 13182. If you notice any damage after opening, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
