This policy explains how you can cancel an order placed on dailyfab.in, operated by DAILYNEST SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, and how refunds for cancelled orders are handled.

1. Cancellation by you
- You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by emailing sales@dailyfab.in or calling +91 84859 13182 with your order number.
- Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the delivery or request a return after delivery as per our Refund and Returns Policy.
- Cash on Delivery orders refused at the doorstep without a valid reason may affect your eligibility for COD on future orders.
2. Cancellation by Dailyfab
We may cancel an order in the following cases, and will inform you by email or SMS:
- The product is out of stock or unavailable.
- The delivery address is not serviceable by our courier partners.
- There is a pricing or listing error.
- The order fails our verification checks or appears fraudulent.
3. Refund for cancelled orders
- For prepaid orders, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of cancellation.
- Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional working days to show the credit.
- Cash on Delivery orders cancelled before dispatch need no refund, as no payment has been made.
