Welcome to dailyfab.in. This website is owned and operated by DAILYNEST SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Dailyfab”, “we”, “us”, “our”), having its registered office at 4TH FLOOR,ROOM NO-50, NA, 1,R.N. MUKHERJEE ROAD, Kolkata, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700001. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information while ordering.

2. Products and pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to show product colours and details accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting and fabric dyeing.
• Prices, offers and product availability may change without notice. Orders already confirmed are honoured at the price paid.
• In case of an obvious pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when payment is successfully received (or, for Cash on Delivery, when the order is verified) and you receive an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, incorrect information, suspected fraud or misuse of offers; any amount paid will be refunded in full.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed securely by RBI-authorised payment gateways and banks through UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking and wallets. Dailyfab does not see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or netbanking password. Cash on Delivery may be offered for eligible pin codes and order values, with any applicable fee shown at checkout.

5. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery timelines, return and exchange rules, refunds and cancellations are explained in our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Cancellation Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.

6. Use of the website

• Do not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm the website, other customers or Dailyfab.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers or data.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including product photographs, designs, text, graphics, logos and the Dailyfab name — belongs to DAILYNEST SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by law. It may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dailyfab’s liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural calamities, strikes or courier disruptions.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date and applies to orders placed after that date.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us. Failing that, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Contact and grievance redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you may contact our grievance officer for any complaint. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
